Cavit Moscato grapes are harvested along the right
bank of the Po river in southwestern Lombardy in the province of
Pavia, Italy. Here the landscape of steeply rolling hills comprises
limestone and clay-based soil, well-suited to the cultivation of vines.
Cavit Moscato benefits from cold fermentation,
including brief skin contact, and is refined in stainless steel tanks,
with early bottling to maintain its naturally fresh bouquet.
