Conditions here favor cabernet sauvignon, thanks to excellent
sun exposure and a longer growing season.
Cavit Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in oak for one
year to produce a medium-bodied wine with well-delineated fruit,
smooth tannins, and a long, graceful finish.
